I just can't read those. Eyes are getting older.

OpenStudy (firejay5):

@ash2326

OpenStudy (ash2326):

@Firejay5 I'm trying to follow the direction. Which is the patio in the diagram? The rectangular part?

OpenStudy (firejay5):

the rectangle part is the house

OpenStudy (firejay5):

the squiggle part is the patio

OpenStudy (ash2326):

ok, Now I get it. We have to locate the stake on the left edge of patio, just draw a line towards the left edge Touching it at a point P such that angle HBP=angle HAX= 65 degrees

OpenStudy (ash2326):

It's a simple step just draw a line parallel to XY passing through B, both of your stakes would be located

OpenStudy (ash2326):

Do you follow? @Firejay5

OpenStudy (firejay5):

yea kind of does it have to be straight

OpenStudy (ash2326):

yes, then only it'll be parallel. And will make HBP=65

OpenStudy (firejay5):

so HBP = HAX

OpenStudy (firejay5):

HBP has to equal 65 degrees

OpenStudy (ash2326):

yes

OpenStudy (firejay5):

I I think I got it

OpenStudy (firejay5):

What about Step C

OpenStudy (ash2326):

just extend BP to the right so that it meets the right edge of the patio

OpenStudy (firejay5):

Want to see what I have?

OpenStudy (ash2326):

yes, ok

OpenStudy (firejay5):

OpenStudy (firejay5):

Is that right?

OpenStudy (ash2326):

Yes, it's right, Good work :)

OpenStudy (firejay5):

should I post my second question on a differenet question or on this one

OpenStudy (firejay5):
