I am having difficulty with polynomials and I am finding difficulty approaching the teacher for help. I suffer from anxiety. What can I do?

If you want her to know you are having an issue... I would write her an email. That way you have time to sit and think of what to say, no embarrassment from face to face contact, and you can get everything out... you can even tell her you get flustered getting your math thoughts together when you talk in person and that's why you emailed her....
