2 bottles (2 gallons). 20cups * 10fl oz = 200fl oz needed. So, thats 200fl oz * (1 qrt/32fl oz) * (1 gal/4 qrt) = 1.56 gal, and since the bottles only come in 1 gallon sizes, you'll need two of them.
