PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS 2. An amusement park charges $7 more for an adult’s admission than for a child’s admission. If a group of 4 adults and 3 children spent $119 on admission, what is the price of admission for one child? (A) $11 (B) $13 (C) $16 (D) $17 (E) $18

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

how much is the admission for one adult?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let X be the admission fee for the children X+7 be the admission for the Adults 4*(X+7)+ 3*X =119 4X + 28 +3X =119 7X = 91 X= 13
