OpenStudy (anonymous):

Almonds are very good, if youre dieting, i would recommend either putting a cup of almonds in a baggie (roasted, salted, whatever your preference) and snack on them through out the day. or, eating an almond bar, perhaps the trailmix bars from Kashi which in my opinion are very yummy and healthy :) but just do it all in moderation and to what follows the guidelines of your diet and youre good to go :)

Almonds are not good if you're dieting. It contains high fats you know :P
