So assume you have a OS currency. You earn this currency by answering/asking questions
You have to spend this currency to tag people

Yes, I agree! I get tired of the people that spam all the top people on to there question! Especially when I am helping others.

It could effect people who are tagging for specific people to help them though. I like the idea of a max number around 5 or so.
