It kind of depends on what you're starting with.

If you have, for example, an hourly wage, and you assume a full time (40 hour) work week, and you assume, say, 2 weeks of vacation per year, then you could compute annual salary:

Annual Salary = 50*40*(hourly wage)

ARe you computing salary after taxes, given a tax rate? are you computing annual salary based on weekly or monthly?
