Question

Mecca was not safe for Muhammad due to the fact that many felt that he was disruptive. What did people also feel he was committing a sin for NOT doing ?
A. Adhering to traditional beliefs.
B. Failing to bow to the king.
C. Paying the necessary taxes within the city of Mecca.
D. Recognizing the established religion of the kingdom.

I have read and read and still found nothing on the answer I am looking for or that makes sense to me. Please somebody help me out. I also took notes and they are not helping what so ever.
