Help me with this annoying Statistic problem: (There was a hit and run accident. The police came in the scene and ask the people who saw the accident. One man said he saw the second and last digit of the numbers of the plate and it is 5 and 3 and the other man said that he saw the first letter of the plate and it is C. The licence plate is compose of 3 digit number and 3 letters. (Example: 123ABC) How many cars should the police investigate?
