That is a really bizarre and confusing way the question is written. They are just asking for 1)nouns, 
2)adverbs (about those nouns [adverb clause is a dependent clause that functions as an adverb]), and 
3) relative clauses, which contain both a subject and verb, begin with a relative pronouns (that's like who, whom, which) and it will function as an adjective, answering these kinds of questions: What kind? How many? or Which one?
