Simplify the expression. –5z + 4n + 18z – 10n

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-10n+4n =-6n -5z+18z=13z therefore -6n+13z is the simplified answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you simplify -6+13z

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont think you can combine the -6n with the 13z. it would just be left at -6n+13z. n and z are the variables so they have to stay separate. if they were both n or both z, then you could combine.

its because my answers for this question are these A.13z – 6n B. –23z + 14n C. 22z + 5n D. –28z + 8n

sorry i see it now thanks
