What calculation is different in finding missing side lengths and angle measures in a right angle using the trigonometric functions?

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

If you assume that a triangle is right, then determining sides is easy: Use Pythagoras Theorem for any missing side and also, one angle, the right angle (90\(^\circ\)), will always be one of the angles. This calculation is "different" than for other types of triangles. Not sure if that is what your looking for.
