Which one of these is not a factor in determining a culture's economic activity? Climate, language, physical landforms, or natural resources. I'm thinking it is language because language can always be translated.

Well, language has been directly lined with economic activity... but of those four I would say it is the LEAST determining factor. The history of English has a huge chunk to do with trade. It influenced the trade situation when the Danes took over England, and that is just one example. But within a single culture, which the question implies, everyone uses the same language.
