how do you add trigo functions? its my assignment. and im new to trigo. here are two questions that i really dnt get. so pls if you show me the process i can understand it easily (i hav fast understanding).

cos 0 degrees + sec 180 degrees
cos^2 180 degrees + sin^2 270 degrees

PS: i hav no idea how to square cos, sin, etc. its all new to me. so yeah forgive me. im in 3rd hs

Well, do you have any idea what those values are if youdidnt have to add them? Like do you just know what cos 0 is, what cos 180 is, etc?
