What is the easiest way to find the tone in something? I am reading a PSA and I need to identify the tone, it is regarding world peace and volunteering to help those in need. Any help?

To find out the tone you first need to understand the context by which you can determine the feeling ,emotions,anger happiness and any thing someone say.
