yes its because the number of rows in the first matrix does no match with the number of columns in the second matrix

\[\Large [3\times 4] X[2\times3] \] is undefined for Matrix multiplication, as @UditKulka suggested, always check for the rows and columns first.

instead of 8, it's either 28 or -28
