in elimination method, first step is to make the x coefficients same for both equations

okay... let me try and you correct me if this is wrong. so i do 5[3x + 4y =8] -4[-2x + 5y =3] is that right

that is all it means, x is 28/23

now find y, by picking some equation, and substituting x = 28/23
