Working on Problem set 4 and I've noticed in the example for apply_shift, the expected caesar cipher of 8 for "t" and "T" are "a" and "A" respectively. This seems to be treating the offset as including the starting letter, but it doesn't appear to do that when the offset doesn't require a wrap around. It seems to me they should translate to "b" and "B". Am I wrong or was this a mistake?

Figured out the problem; they included a space in their capital alphabet and i didn't. Threw everything outta whack.
