Lost on a derivs question

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

Okay, find the points on the graph which the tangent line is horizontal.

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

y=4/3x^3-7x+3

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

SO YOU TAKE Y=4/3X^3-7X+3 AND FIND THE DERIV

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

And you get -4/x^4-7

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

So then you're supposed to set that equal to zero

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

-4/x^4-7=0

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

and then I get lost

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

@jim_thompson5910 save my day

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):
