Just got an instant idea as a solution for this problem : http://openstudy.com/updates/523502ece4b0b9d6b2d5d53a First of all, let me add one thing that the above problem is very serious. This is one of the things which take some awesome helpers away from OpenStudy. The askers don't engage themselves with the helper and this leads in dissatisfaction in the helper. What we can do about this problem? Not only ambis but all the active users of OpenStudy can encourage the asker by just PMing him/her to respond properly to the helper/give best response/ give a thanks note to the helper etc. Though, the users don't answer for just gaining medals but still, for their satisfaction and as a reward, they need something to encourage themselves, which can be a thanks - note by us or by the asker / best responses / fanning / writing a testimonial. More we encourage the users to help , to ask questions, to respond properly, to give best responses , more the traffic will be ON! We want more and more students/persons to get helped / to help but properly. If an asker responds a helper rudely or just avoids the comments of the helper, then we can suggest the asker to be nice with others. OpenStudy is obviously not a place for JUST ANSWERS. And , we are having the "Only answering" problem get resolved but another problem comes in i.e. Proper reward to the helpers. So, my request to all the ambis is to encourage the askers to involve in the discussion and give proper reward to the helper at the end. Ambis and all the OS users should also award those who are seen helping very nicely. This will encourage more and more users to come on OS, to get help or to help! Thanks!
