No solution. Just depend on the scatter plot. :)) As you can see, x-coordinates corresponds to the number of years and y-coordinates corresponds to height. Therefore, just see the point in the line corresponding the 10th of the x-coordinate. And as you can see, it's approximately (10,17)  Therefore, 17 is the height, :))
