im desperate! please help me understand this, my answer is yes they are congruent and JN=52 but idk if its AAS or SAS. Please help???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If JO = 32, is ΔJKO≅ΔPMN? If so, find JN.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

jn=52. but im having trouble with the AAS, SAS part.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

how did u figure out triangles are congruent ? the lengths, JO = 32 and JN = 52 don't seem to fit together

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i added the numbers the problem gave me..

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

I am getting JN = 51, If i take JO = 32 as GIVEN. and add the lengths

OpenStudy (anonymous):

opps thats the number i got too. im still stuck on whether they aare AAS or SAS /??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

51** not 52* my bad.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

AAS ofcourse !

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

do u see RED arrows on sides ? if u knw how to interpret them, u wud understand why AAS :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don but they constanlty confuse me...its no use.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):
