In the 2nd example: it should be 14x -6y= 8
A & C are correct

Its not B because the number after the = it's not multiplied in both equations. so in the fist they multiplied by 2 but they forgot to do it to the 4 too. Same for the other they multiplied by -7 but didnt do it to 1 too.
