HI,can anyone help me.
1)name 2 macromolecules found in the nucleus.
2)why there are differently stained areas in a nucleus.

2 macromolecules would be nucleic acids and protein. In the nucleus Dna is packed differentially. The one that is packed tightly heterochromatin is darkly stained while the one which loosely packed euchromatin is lightly stained.
