BIOLOGY QUESTION ON BIOLOGICAL MOLECULES please help!!!!! 1)Explain how you would determine the rate of hydrolysis. 2)starch grains in plant cell contain both amylose and amylopectin. Explain how both of these substances are formed from glucose in plant cells.

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

amylose is made by joining glucose molecules by \[\alpha(1-4)\]glycosidic bond. Amylopectin /ˌæmɨloʊˈpɛktɨn/ is a soluble[1][2] polysaccharide and highly branched polymer of glucose found in plants. It is one of the two components of starch, the other being amylose. Glucose units are linked in a linear way with α(1→4) glycosidic bonds. Branching takes place with α(1→6) bonds occurring every 24 to 30 glucose
