How can we say that a given structure is aromatic,non-aromatic or anti-aromatic ?

see it's quite easy. Aromatic and AntiAromatic compound are those which are cyclic but Non-aromatic compound are planar. So now you can now tell which is non aromatic.. Now for Aromatic and anti aromatic : aromatic follows huckel's rule which is of 4n+2 pi electrons where n should be real number integar.. but anti aromatic compound follows: 4n pi electrons...

if there are 4n+2pi electrons in a cyclic compound with out conjugation it is also a non aromatic compound
