I'm taking a proof writing class and we have a writing project. I'm having trouble coming up with a topic to write about. Does anybody have suggestions. Here are the goals of the project; Provide experience in reading technical literature and mathematics in a self-directed way.
Provide practice at writing mathematics and provide an opportunity to demonstrate mathematical understanding, especially the understanding of mathematical proof.

There are lots of options you have - I was thinking of 3D polyhedra - there are only five possible you can write about that

alright well thank you. I should probably discuss it with my teacher.  This is always the most difficult part of projects for me.  I just don't really know enough to come up with a topic on my own.
