The top of a round table is 4 feet in diamiter. the top splits to allow two extra boards to be inserted. the expansion boards are 4 feet by 1.5 feet.
What is the area of the expanded table?

First find the area of the original table: A = πr^2
Then find the area of 2 of the boards. A = 2lw
Then add them together. A = πr^2 + 2lw
