Do you know what this means? This is asking you "What time do you wake up?"
What time do you wake up? Since this question is closed and I am not sure if you are going to reply let me tell you what I would say and how to say numbers.

Yo me levanto a las seis de la mañana. - I wake up at six in the morning.
Yo me levanto a las siete de la mañana. - I wake up at seven in the morning.
Yo me levanto a las ocho de la mañana. - I wake up at eight in the morning.
Yo me levanto a las nueve de la mañana. - I wake up at ine in the morning.
