How do I create a conditional statement? what would be the inverse, converse, and contrapositive of the statement?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Conditional statement is an if...then statement. If today is Sunday, then tomorrow is Monday. Converse statements switch the if and then parts of the statement. If tomorrow is Monday, then today is Sunday. Bi-Conditional Statement uses if and only if. Today is Sunday if and only if tomorrow is Monday.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry, you didn't ask for Bi-Conditional. Contrapositive works off the Converse If tomorrow is not Monday, then today is not Sunday. Does that help?

So... If this month is september, next month is october. That would be my statement right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't forget the "then". If this month is September, then next month is October.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the inverse of it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

inverse if this month is not Sept., then next month is not Oct
