Can someone help me solve: 4n^2-20n+25 Thank you!

OpenStudy (debbieg):

By "solve" I'm assuming you mean "factor"? If you can't get it with guess-and-check (a bit tough here due to the larger coefficients), then factoring by grouping will work well. You need a FACTOR PAIR of 4*25 (a*c) that has a SUM of -20 (b). What two factors of 100 have a sum of -20?

OpenStudy (debbieg):

Since you need a positive product and a negative sum, you know you will be looking for two negative numbers.
