y-5x=0 need to plot points and graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

please help i really dont get this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First, manipulate the equation to make it slope-intercept form: y = mx + b --> y-5x=0 --> Add 5x to both sides y = 5x + 0 Now here is how you graph it. 0 is the y-intercept this is where you'll put your first point, the origin. From here take your slope and find the next point, rise/run = 5/1 Got up 5 units from the origin and to the right 1. This will leave you with 2 points: (0,0) and (5,1) Hope this helps!!
