the exponent has three parts, a minus sign, a numerator of 2 and a denominator of 3 the 3 in the denominator means take the cubed root the 2 in the numerator means square it the minus sign means take the reciprocal
we can do them one at a time, it is not hard what is the cubed root of 64?
do you know what the cubed root of 64 is?
