I just attached a file with the problem on it.

(5^2 – 2^3) divided by 3 Well what we want to do is follow the order of operations: Parenthesis Exponents Multiplication and Division from left to write Addition and subtraction from left to write So Lets start with whats in paranthesis 5^2 is 25 2^3=8 25-8=17 So now we have 17/3.. It asks for a simplified fraction and this is as simplified as it can get. I hope this helps
