In Zygotic cleavage, How are the enzymes required for replication, are made available to the rapidly dividing cells, which lack G1 and G2 phases of cell cycle

there are so many factors that make these enzymes available during the S phase...at the other times they are inhibited. for eg...Scyclin CDK is a kinase which phosphorylates imp molecules so as to trigger the replication.
