The introduction and conclusion of a paper should not be included in the body of a paper, because they simply give the reader a general sense of the topic. The body is the section where all your supporting points are made, and where all the real information is stated.

Thank you very much for your answer! I have to do an outline of a paper for my PSYC 255 class. This paper seems to have only the Abstract and the Introduction and reference page. I wish I could actually call and talk to my instructor for clarity or else I am going to fail this class :-(
