No. because if it was, then it would need to look like a parabola rotated 90 degrees clockwise. This looks like the graph of \(x^3\) rotated so therefore it is not a square root function.

Yes katherine, the function matches the graph. I think keith didn't see the tiny 3 on the root, implying it's a cube root.
