Only the exterior angles of a regular polygon add up to 360. The exterior angles of irregular, convex polygons can have any sum. True or false. I think it's true but clarification would be good lol

whats a convex polygon contrast to a "regular" one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Convex polygon has lines that curve outwards, right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahhh, I see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes I believe those can have any value. you can add some spikes additionally, and still get a closed polygon. Every "spike" though does add additional exterior angle, violating a 360° limit.

Alright. Thanks my friend
