OpenStudy (jaze):

what is the integral of x^x?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

this is one that can be done wrong and still gotten correctly i think

OpenStudy (amistre64):

im thinking of the derivative ...

OpenStudy (jaze):

do you know how to integrate this? its for our homework.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

there is no standard mathematical function, so it would have to be based on numerical analysis

OpenStudy (jaze):

oh.. okay. thank you.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

youre welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well if you really want to give it a try , here is the hint let y = x^x ln y= x ln x now integrate both sides should be fun not too complicated , ASSUMING you are in Calculus I Note: there are better options but if its Calculus I i will not go into it
