if the dragon(i think you are refering porunga here) has a very good quantam computerised brain..it must have collected all information about the android(18's) layout,physical topologyand the android's memories in its brain as a series of electric signals......and every quantum bit of information of all the sextillion atoms of the android....all just by visual observation(you must have imagined by now how much of energy this takes..that explains the humangous size of porunga..)then with this zillions of terrabytes of information..the dragon must have assembled all the atoms required for making up a human similar to 18 and it would have swapped all the steel,iron and aluminium atoms with carbon,nitrogen,calcium etc..and if you ask how the dragon assembled the atoms..check out this..the dragon somehow must have used quantum entanglement to do it...

so conclusion... there is physics in everything and maybe this is not the correct explanation ..(its just my theory btw)..but physics is even in myth and magic...:)
