Help?
@Figureskater120 @stormgirl47 @rosedewittbukater can anyone help me?
.
can anyone explain how to do this?
.
Ok I don't remember the technical terms because I haven't done geometry for over 2 years, but it's NM>NL I'll try to explain.
ok (:
So since KL = KM, the two triangles have those sides lengths in common. They also have KN in common since that line is part of both triangles. So now both triangles have 2 sides with equal lengths. But the angles are 56 and 83, so NM and NL can't be equal. If all sides were equal, they would all have the same angles. Since the angle is 83, that means point M is farther from point N because of the angle of the line. Does that make sense?
Yes it does! Nice breakdown. :)
Thanks for all the help! (-:|dw:1379528294866:dw|
