I know it can't be A or B and if it were D I would be very mad.  But it is most definitely C.  But like I said, I know nothing of this stuff.  I think you would have better luck in Ask Community or Yahoo! Answers or WikiAnswers or Answers.com because this is not really related to math...But it would probably be C.

I think was 30 days, by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_Credit_Reporting_Act I also don't know which of these answers is the correct one.
