hi,
  I think u will get through this if u have the conversion factors
         1 foot = 12 inches

  so now u can find the length given as 60 inch in foot and
 solve the problem

12 inches =1 feet
1 inch=1/12 feet
60 inches=60*1/12 =5 feet
now again by unitary method you can find size of blueprint.
