Solve and graph the absolute value inequality: |2x + 1| ≤ 5 number line with closed dots on -3 and 2 with shading going in the opposite directions. number line with closed dots on -3 and 2 with shading in between. number line with open dots on -3 and 2 with shading in between. number line with closed dots on -2 and 2 with shading in between.
@kewlgeek555
Okay.
okay?
I am trying to figure this out. Sorry I am like doing three times at once.
it is alright
I am horrible at inequalities. I know it is definitely not D. It has to also has to be a colored in dot...
so either a or b..
think it must be A.
Please don't be mad at me if I'm wrong - to tell you the truth I am just learning about graphing these inequalitied, but based on what I learned I think it would be A because it involves an equal to or greater/less than sign.
I won't be lol and thank you for helping me the best you can.
Someone who is good with inequalities is @savannaxx_
Thanks :D
but its true so the shading would include the origin. @kewlgeek555
Okay, thanks. @savannaxx_
its been a while since i have done these but i believe it would be (B) @kewlgeek555
what about this one @savannaxx_ Solve and graph the absolute value inequality: |2x + 4| > 14 number line with open circles on −9 and 5, shading going in the opposite directions. number line with open circles on −9 and 5, shading in between. number line with closed circles on −9 and 5, shading going in the opposite directions. a number line with open circles on −5 and 5, shading going in the opposite directions.
well its false so it would be open and opposite i believe it would be the first one
