Question

this is not a question but i am requesting a bit of slack. i have auditory processing ADHD and dyslexia and when i give the answer to people its because i dont know how to work it out and explain to people how i got my answer and that is were my auditory processing kicks in and i cant explain and then i get in trouble for it and then i have to work all the way back up to keep my score high.

I can understand it can be difficult for you then. But really, when you don't know how to explain it other than giving the answer, then write nothing. Because giving only the answer isn't going to help either, and will continue to get you in trouble every time you do.
At least make an attempt to explain it, work the problem out on paper if necessary and then try to help people how to get to the answer.

Well then I don't know. Maybe try the easy problems first, perhaps that'll help you get better at explaining more difficult questions.
