In a certain county, the fines for speeding in a school zone are $160 plus an additional $4 for every mile/hour over the speed limit. Write a function to represent the speeding fines. What is the value of the function for an input of 8, and what does it represent?

Cost of the fine = cost per mile/hr over + basic fine Cost of fine = 4m + 160
