HELP! I need to design an experiment that reads the acceleration of a toy car going down a ramp. All I can use are: - Toy Car - Two Ramps (one must be steeper) - A meter stick - A Calculator - A Stopwatch Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

OpenStudy (jt950):

1)Put your toy car at top of ramp which initial velocity = 0. 2)Released the car let it go free acceleration downward. 3)Record the time that car go from top of the ramp to ground 10 times. 4)Use the formula S=ut+(1/2)at^2 which all measure is on the ramp u = 0 , S=distance travelled by toy car(the length of the slope), t=time taken(which you recorded with stop watch, take average of 10 times),a=acceleration(you wish to find this) 5)Find the acceleration at (4) with the formula. 6)Complete.
