I have a problem with "Site Time"...every times in this site is 11 hours :(
and now after writing this question i will take a picture of this question :)

That is your computer. Not the site. Mine actually says 15 hours ago, or 3 depending on when posted. It says it for all sites and I do not know how to fix it.

GOT IT! I did what you said and also turned off the auto sync which kept putting it back to a different time.

so for @PFEH.1999
there are only 2 steps,
1) click on time and date, click on "change date and time settings ..."
change timezone to where you are living
2) go to internet time tab , then 'change settings' and unclick (if clicked) "Synchronize with an Internet time server"
