can you help me revise theses emails???? E-mail A: HEY! I NEED THE TRAINING MANUAL 2 READ B4 MY NEXT SHIFT. R U DUN WITH IT? E-mail B: This customer called today and totally yelled at me. She said there was a mistake on her bill, but I totally did not cause the problem. She went on and on about how this was the fourth time there was a mistake on her bill or something like that. Like I care! But she's gonna call again tomorrow. What do you want me to do to get this lady off my back?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, you want to make them use proper english. No slang. NOT IN ALL CAPS! IM text is LOL, but AFAIK dey get you fired when used in busines communications. So, what do you think it would be in normal text?

Hello I was wondering if you could please send me the manuals before my next shift tomorrow. Thank you.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Good start! There was an urgency to that one though. Hello. I was wondering if you could please send me the manuals before my next shift tomorrow. As you know, I need to go through this information before then, so this is very important. Thank you.

ok thanx but im having a really rough time with the second one can u help me with it?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Dixie a leopard gecko? "This customer called today and totally yelled at me." Totally? Welcome to the valley, but not exactly business like. "She said there was a mistake on her bill, but I totally did not cause the problem." Very defensive. "She went on and on about how this was the fourth time there was a mistake on her bill or something like that." So what! It is business. "Like I care!" Again, wrong attitude in business. "But she's gonna call again tomorrow." Be more informative less commentary. "What do you want me to do to get this lady off my back?" Off your back? Or solve the problem! Imagine you were the customer. How would you want people to be talking about you.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Herps have been making it into more movies lately. Even animated. Rango and Tangeled are examples of that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah lol but they entertain us so....

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Hehe. And it is not like you have to be evil to like a lizard... which is what they used to show all the time.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Most are. Just misunderstood critters.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
