jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

if m∠B = 37°, then what is arc AD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not sure :/

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

actually I found a faster way to do this

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

since BD is a straight line that goes through the center, we know that arc DAB is 180 degrees

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

if angle D = 55 degrees, we know that arc BC = 2*55 = 110 degrees

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

so if we know this much of the circle |dw:1379709028111:dw| we can easily subtract that from 360 to get our answer
